I’m Marjorie Henriquez, a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. For over 30 years, I worked in high-pressure global communications while raising a family. Like many women, I pushed through fatigue and stress until my health demanded a reset. Perimenopause brought changes I couldn’t ignore—and that’s when I discovered the power of functional medicine and coaching.
Now, I help busy midlife women create habits that support energy, resilience, and longevity. My role is to walk alongside you as you uncover what works best for your body and life.

As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, I bring a root-cause, whole-person approach that looks beyond surface-level habit change.
